Houses in Torn City Many new players make the mistake of using their money to buy stuff like weapons. Instead, just save up your money in items (either stolen, or bought of the market at cheap prices) untill you have enough money to buy a better house. The better the house is, the more happy you will be, resulting in better increases in battlestats by working out in the gym and better crime results. Torn City has the following houses available
| Houses in Torn City | | House name | Price | Taxes (per day) | Happiness | | Shack | $500 | $0 | 100 | | Trailer | $5000 | $10 | 110 | | Apartment | $25,000 | $25 | 125 | | Semi-Detached | $75,000 | $70 | 150 | | Detached | $300,000 | $150 | 200 | | Beachhouse | $500,000 | $200 | 300 | | Chalet | $750,000 | $300 | 350 | | Villa | $1,250,000 | $350 | 400 | | Penthouse | $2,000,000 | $450 | 450 | | Mansion | $3,000,000 | $500 | 500 | | Ranch | $15,000,000 | $1,000 | 600 | | Palace | $65,000,000 | $3,000 | 1000 | | Castle | $200,000,000 | $10,000 | 1500 | | Private Island | $500,000,000 | $100,000 | 2000 |
