Reporting from TCC, Yid [423015], managed to get an interview from TheEagle, formerly known as J-R. There has been much controversy around him, but he has made an effort to make things right by making a thread and returning his clients money. However by many he is regarded as a scammer, and has recently been put onto the scammer list, which has many victims claiming proof of his scandalous activities. Read below for the interview:

1. Initially you started up an investment service, how exactly did it work back then?

I was Buying and selling enhancers at a profit weeky...and buying stocks

2. How did you go bust with your investment service? Did you expect this when you started the program?

I Lost my backup money in poker [stupid move I know] and then stocks started to crash and gradually it went down and down...so I sold all I could and got out with a few mill..

3. Did you not keep any record to yourself about your clients who invested in you?

After almost 6 years of loyal service to the Torncity community, Torncitycomplete.com is closing down.

 During the last couple of years, Torncitycomplete.com, owned and pushed by Wollongong[12833] has provided the community not only with tutorials and reference sheets, but also with interviews, newsitems, tips and tricks.

While the TC Newspaper was dead, TCC functioned as the de-facto newsmedium, with independant reporters, who didn't fear of speaking the truth, in a world where most people would not speak up out of fear for repercussions. The years have not always been easy, and the reporting has resulted in some enemies (for instance an ex-member of staff who felt his powers were to be used whichever way he felt like.... he never liked me exposing him, and still seems to hold a grudge. And if not, he is wasting his energy).

 But now, the curtain falls. After this long time, I am losing the energy to maintain this site. And as most staff of this website have moved on (too), there isn't enough active people left to continue this website. I have tried recruiting new and active members, but for some reason, people feel that I should pay them ridiculous amounts in order to continue providing this free service.

Also, the revenues from advertising and donations is insufficient to cover all running costs.

That is why, last week, when my host mailed me about extending the package or not, I decided to stop paying for the hosting. 

www.torncitycomplete.com will probably be taken offline somewhere in the next four weeks.

I will continue to run contests through the new forums.
