A guide to using bbcode in your posts

Hello everyone,
I have been on Torncity just over a year now, and one thing I have learned about this city is that if you want get to the top, you must work really hard. And I'm going to give out a few tips on how to make it look good with a list of html codes for you to use in the forums and other places to make your text look cool and to get peoples attention so that they are more likely to see and read your message.

HTML CODES

well, here goes... this is how to make your forum posts look good by changing the size, color and font... even give u headings and a few other things too.

sizes

Ok, to change the size u have to put [size=??] before whatever your sending and [/size] at the end of it after the last word you type. This is the same for all the lines of code I am about to show you. The ?? is what size you want. The default is 8 but you can make it 32 if you wish.
Alternatively, if you enter [size=+number], it will increases the size by what ever you enter as the number. Also, you can decreases the font size by entering [size=-number] will shrink your text by whatever you enter where I have the word number

colors

You have to enter [color=??] before you type and [/color] after you have entered every thing you want.

The combination of Red, Green and Blue values from 0 to 255 gives a total of more than 16 million different colors to play with (256 x 256 x 256). Most modern monitors are capable of displaying at least 16384 different colors but I will give you a list of over 140 colors that will work in torn city.
