Well, it took a while, but the new forums are working (or so I am told). If you have difficulty logging in, try the following steps - register on webgamefavorites.com, then -when it's completed- go to their community and log in - if it still doesn't work, just register on the forums.

Not too long ago, the Torn City Investment Bank announced that it's interest rates were no longer fixed. Instead, they would become variable, changing in time. This move was encouraged by the City Government, as it would reduce the amount of money going into our economy.
Allthough this is a good move macro-economically, it does have some significant side effects.

In a short press release, Chedburn[1] has made the following announcement:
"Be warned, tomorrow the bank interest rates will be changed to a much lower, fluctuating rate which will raise / fall slowly each day. Current investments will not be effected. Bank cap will be removed, so you’ll be free to invest however much you like." With this move, Chedburn is moving towards his old unreliable style of ruling again. A style where players could in no way rely on anything admins say.
