Reform of Torn City Education System makes past achievements worthless Residents report a shocking effect of the new education system. Many who try to achieve a position find their earlier achievements to be worthless.
Jay_Z[972654] was the first to report that his personal-stats page (found under Awards-->Personal stats) was changed."Loads of mine are reset and messed up....", he said.
Some others state they were not affected by the change.
MurderDeathKill[299282] uses the opportunity to boast about the huge amount he spent on bounties when he said "I'm missing about 250mil worth of bounties placed, guess its time to catch up!!"
Staff member Bl0ndie[179706] carefully confirmed that something was wrong. When asked if something was wrong, she said: "I did not confirm 100%
please dont quote me wrong i said 'I believe so'
I am not a coder, and have nothing to do with that side of stuff.
The loss of personal stats is a disaster for some players. This is greatly illustrated by Pitt [979449]: "I was 1 away from 4 merits on bounties, killstreak, times traveled and items found...heartbreaking".
KrakFreak[9170] response the Veteran-way: "i dont see why people are surprised by this...... its tc... things like this are common and almost expected to happen ....stuff like has happened before and will continue to happen until tc ends and if any staff say it will never happen again... they are lieing".
But, even he cannot help himself but wondering: "Wonder what happened to tc being backed up everyday..... you would think things like this would be backed up."
Chedburn[1] has responded: "There were issues with personal stats, server issues which were unavoidable. We've reset everyone back 24 hours ago (or so) which should have fixed everyone. If not, please inform staff."
